A Cutting-Edge Biostimulating Treatment

Originally developed in Italy, the Mermaid Facial is an advanced biostimulating treatment that has taken the beauty world by storm. We are thrilled to be one of the FIRST clinics in Michigan to offer this revolutionary facial. This all-in-one treatment targets the face, lips, and eyes, using five of Promoitalia’s top products to deliver stunning, full-face results.

What Are the Benefits of the Mermaid Facial?

In just under 60 minutes, the Mermaid Facial provides a radiant boost to your complexion by combining the most effective bio-stimulating ingredients available. The result? Comprehensive skin regeneration, along with immediate, long-lasting improvements to your skin’s health and appearance.

How Does It Work?

The Mermaid Facial uses a specialized microchanneling technique to create tiny channels in the skin, Through these channels, we infuse a cocktail of powerful biostimulators that activate the skin’s cells. This process encourages the production of collagen and elastin—two key proteins that help keep skin youthful, firm, and glowing. Known as neocollagenesis, this process enhances skin health, improving elasticity while smoothing fine lines and wrinkles.

What’s the Process of the Treatment?

The Mermaid Facial is performed using mesotherapy, which involves a precise micro-stamping technique where tiny needles gently puncture the skin’s surface (epidermis). This method delivers the serum directly into the skin, creating a controlled response that triggers the skin’s natural healing process. As your skin repairs itself, it generates more collagen and elastin, rejuvenating your complexion and restoring its youthful glow.

Components of the Mermaid Facial:

  • Light Eyes Treatment: Known as the “Non-Surgical Bleph in a Bottle,” this natural micronutrient serum is specifically designed for the delicate eye area. Applied using microstamping on the brow line, upper eyelid, and under the eyes, it helps reduce dark circles, puffiness, fine lines, and volume loss, giving the eyes a refreshed and youthful appearance.
  • Lips (Bacio): Bacio is a specialized serum created for the lips, made with a unique blend of Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin B12. It can be microstamped onto the lips or surrounding areas, such as the chin, marionette lines, or areas around the mouth, to address fine lines and improve volume and definition. Bacio hydrates and enhances lips naturally, without fillers or toxins, and helps restore fullness and vibrancy.
  • The Face: A custom blend of three potent serums is applied and microstamped into the skin. The first serum, Nucleoskin, helps tighten, hydrate, and regenerate skin while providing a plumping and brightening effect. The second, Rich-PL, deeply hydrates and rejuvenates the skin, boosting collagen and elastin production. The third serum, Fixer | Skin Tox, moisturizes, tones, and brightens the skin, offering a natural alternative to neurotoxins, smoothing fine lines and improving texture without affecting muscle function.

What Are Biostimulators?

Biostimulators are active ingredients used to stimulate collagen and elastin production in the skin. The biostimulators in the Mermaid Facial include calcium hydroxylapatite, poly-L-lactic acid, and polycaprolactone, which work together to rejuvenate and restore your skin’s appearance.

What is PDRN?

Salmon sperm DNA, also known as “polynucleotides” or “PDRN,” consists of tiny DNA fragments extracted from salmon sperm. The remarkable benefits it offers in skincare treatments stem from the fact that salmon DNA closely resembles human DNA. Discovered over 20 years ago, this similarity has allowed PDRN to effectively stimulate collagen production, enhance skin elasticity, and support tissue repair when injected into the skin. Essentially acting as a cellular messenger, PDRN helps rejuvenate skin cells, which is why it is often used as an anti-aging treatment.

Does PRDN change my DNA or RNA?

No, PDRN is a Polynucleotide and delivers instructions and nutrients to your Adenosine A2A receptors, NOT DNA or RNA

What are the benefits of PDRN?

PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide) offers key benefits such as enhancing skin regeneration, improving hydration, and boosting collagen production. It helps repair damaged tissues, reduce inflammation, and promote overall skin rejuvenation, making it effective in reducing signs of aging, fine lines, and wrinkles. PDRN also promotes wound healing and revitalizes the skin, resulting in a smoother, firmer, and more youthful complexion.

What is the post-care and when will I see the results?

It usually takes a few days to a few weeks after your third recommended session to see the best results. However, many clients notice significant improvements even after just one treatment!Recovery is generally straightforward, with most people able to resume normal activities within 24 hours. You may experience some redness in the treated areas, which is completely normal after any treatment.  Do not wash your face, put any creams or lotions, or makeup on for 12 hours. Gentle cleaner, moisturizer, and SPF are recommended the next day.
