We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Spa Week, and Care Credit. Please note we do not accept checks.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

All of us can agree that time is a valuable asset. Last minute cancellations and no shows mean that staff, spa, and clients on our wait list have all lost out. We ask for a credit card with all bookings  to reserve your appointment time. We have a 24 cancellation notice and fee. We realize that things come up but would appreciate a call as soon as possible. Same day cancellations subject to $40 fee. If you no show for your appointment there will be a $40 charge to your account or credit card. We have voicemail and email so you can easily reach us any time of day to cancel.

Arriving for Your Appointment

If you are new to the Spa we ask that you show up 5 minutes early to your appointment time for any paperwork that may need to be filled out.  Please note that if you are late for your appointment your treatment time may have to be decreased or we may need to reschedule your appointment. We also ask that you do not bring small children with you to your appointment.

Packages and Specials

All Holiday Packages purchased in Nov Expire May 1st of the following year.

All Customer Appreciation Specials and Reg. Spa Packages Expire One Year from the date of purchase.

If you have any treatments left over from an expired special or package the amount paid can be put toward current pricing.

Product Returns

We will gladly return or exchange unopened products within 7 days of purchase with a receipt. Returns will be offered a spa credit.

Cold and Flu Season

We work very close with clients and kindly ask that you reschedule if your are feeling under the weather. If your sick and arrive for your appointment we may need to reschedule your appointment.
