Cancellation and No Show Policy

 

STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

All of us can agree that time is a valuable asset.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, staff are left with nonpayment for their time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally if you no show or do not cancel with 24 hours you will be charged $50 or $100 (services over $200)

We realize that things come up but would appreciate a call as soon as possible. Same day cancellations and no shows will forfeit your deposit or be charged $50 to $100 depending on the service that you scheduled.  If We have voicemail, Text, and email so you can easily reach us any time of day to cancel.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Our policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. Arriving for Your Appointment

Please follow instructions from your confirmation email for arrival instructions. We also ask that you do not bring small children with you to your appointment.

Packages and Specials

All Holiday Packages purchased in Nov Expire May 1st of the following year.

All Customer Appreciation Specials and Reg. Spa Packages Expire One Year from the date of purchase.

Product Returns

We will gladly return or exchange unopened products within 7 days of purchase with a receipt. Returns will be offered a spa credit.

Cold, Flu Season, and Covid-19

We work very close with clients and kindly ask that you reschedule if your are feeling under the weather. If your sick and arrive for your appointment we may need to reschedule your appointment.
